…. today I finally finished and passed another course! The scariest part was only being given 30 minutes to answer 50 questions. I am pleased to have gotten 46/50.
I have now gained a Level 3 Fitness Diploma (Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor through the New Skills Academy.
We are never too old to learn something new!

…. a big thank you to David from Revive 1st Aid Training for an enjoyable and informative course. I am very pleased to have passed the STA Level 3 Emergency First Aid At Work course, I hope the other students had a nice day too.
Today I gained my Tai Chi Diploma with a Distinction grade.
I am now a member of IaHT, International Alliance of Holistic Therapists.
I now need to get back to my Tai Chi practice as sitting in front of a computer screen for 150 hours of studying and test taking is no good for anyone’s Physical wellbeing. Although, I have to say my Crown Chakra (understanding) has been well stimulated.
All 91 steps completed today, feeling great, a huge accomplishment for all at the club.
Well done!
Next weapon is the Spear, bring it on.
Happy World Tai Chi and Qigong Day.
To all those taking part enjoy your day.
I am looking forward to my Sword training with Michael and all at the club.
